Eat as much as you can without popping, whilst avoiding the
killer rat!

INSTRUCTIONS
Stuck inside an Apple Jam factory, all there is left to do is
EAT!  Apples come along a conveyor belt and fall off, and you
must try and catch them in your open mouth. Also, jam drips
slowly out of a vat and you must similarly try to catch this.
Every time you eat a piece of food you get fatter! Get too fat
and you get a stomach ache, which can be remedied by using one
of your three stomach pills. Run out of pills and you die! To
stop yourself from needing pills, you may pay a trip to the sauna
on the right hand side of the screen which thins you back down
to a skinny guy!

However, whilst you are in the Sauna food is dropping into the
sewer below the factory, where it is eaten by a rat! Once the rat
grows big enough it will enter the factory and try to eat you!
The only way to kill it is to enter the lift on the left hand
side of the screen. The lift rises and falls, and you must try
to time it so that the rat is squashed underneath! There is also
a box of rat bait that, if dropped, will stunt the rats growth!
Careful, though, 'cos you only have one life!

(nb. I can't work out how the rat bait drops - it seems to be
random.  If anyone can shed any light on this, I'd be very
interested to find out!)

GENERAL FACTS
It's fun, it's relatively quick and it's simple. It's also bloody
impossible to beat the high score!

Forget Doom, this was the first game with GORE! Squashing the rat
under the lift results in a ever-growing pool of blood! Highly
amusing the first time you see it!


NOTES
This really does have to be seen to be believed! It might look
a bit crap, but it's really fun to play (at least in the
short-term!), even if all you do is squash rats to increase the
size of the puddle of blood!
