Insert a blank 1.44 MB diskette in the diskette drive. 2. Do one of these: - From an OpenLinux eServer command line, type dd if=install.144 of=/dev/fd0 - From a DOS command line, run the "RAWRITE" utility in the "col\launch\floppy" directory on this OpenLinux eServer CD, and then follow the prompts for transferring the "install.144" file to the diskette, or run "install.bat". - From Windows, insert the CD (if autorun.inf does not start up a menu then run "winsetup\setup.exe"), go to the Install Product / Create Install Diskettes menu and follow the instructions. 3. Label the diskette. NOTE: For an updated installation image, see Caldera Systems' Web site. Creating Modules Diskette ------------------------- To create a modules diskette, do the following: 1.
